Who I am
I’m Dan Mitton, trading as MTTN Fitness, a sole trader based in Cambridgeshire, England. I’m the data controller for the information described here. Contact: [email protected]

What I collect
Your email address, and your name if you give it to me, when you sign up for my email list.

Why I collect it
To send you new recipes and occasional updates about my coaching services. I only do this if you’ve signed up and agreed.

Legal basis
Your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who sees it
I use MailerLite to store your details and send emails. They process your data on my behalf. I don’t sell or share your information with anyone else.

How long I keep it
Until you unsubscribe. After that I delete your details, apart from a record that you opted out, so I don’t email you again by mistake.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email [email protected] and I’ll sort it.

Unsubscribing
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply and ask.

Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
